The Hague system for the international registration of industrial designs provides a way of registering up to 100 designs in 77 contracting parties, covering 94 countries (as of June 2022).  A pilot began in 2016, where a limited number of volunteer design patent examiners handled Hague applications.  The USPTO has now determined that Hague applications will be examined by all design patent examiners.
