Reasonable Accommodations

Reasonable Accommodation (RA) is a request by an employee for an adjustment or change at work for a reason related to a medical condition. An RA is filed through the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity (OEEOD).

Employees can apply for an RA on their own or with the help of POPA.  If you would like POPA to advise or help you with the filing of an RA, please contact Kathy Duda, Director of EEO for POPA.
