Regional Office Agreements

There are agreements which cover the facilities at all of the regional offices. All policies and practices that apply to bargaining unit employees at the USPTO Alexandria Headquarters will also apply to the bargaining unit employees at the regional offices to the extent not inconsistent with these agreements. Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, the terms and conditions of these agreements shall apply only to the specific regional office.
