Credit Hours (non-IFP)

Credit Hours (non-IFP)

See CBA, Article 22

Credit hours function like compensatory time but are available only to pay-capped employees who are limited or barred from earning compensatory time due to the overtime pay cap.  The program is much more limited than the compensatory time program.  Only up to 24 credit hours can be carried forward from pay period to pay period.  You must be authorized to work credit hours and they must be in earned in advance. This program is separate and distinct from the credit hours which can be earned under the Increased Flexitime Program (IFP).
