ASSOCIATION OFFICER ELECTION
New U.S. Department of Labor Supervised Election
Pursuant to a voluntary settlement agreement between the U.S Department of Labor, Office
of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) and the Patent Office Professional Association
(POPA), POPA is conducting a new election under OLMS supervision for all officer positions.
Ballots were mailed to all POPA members at their last known home address on September
17, 2018. If you are a POPA member and do not receive your ballot by September 22, 2018
or you need another ballot for any reason, contact the OLMS election supervisor at
POPAelection@dol.gov or 202-513-7307 to request one. Please provide your full name,
address, telephone number and email address. Voted ballots must be received in the
designated U.S. Post Office Box by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 11, 2018 in order to
be counted.
