Thursday night the President signed an executive order making the 2019 pay raise official. As was said in the previous post, it will take time for OHR to process all of the personnel actions and get employees their pay with the raise as well as back pay. The pay raise is retroactive to January 6, 2019 but there will be no interest on back pay.
