POPA will be holding their election for officers and delegates this October/November. The election will be by Post Office mail only.
To be eligible to vote in the election, you must be a dues-paying member by July 31, 2020.
Before July 31, 2020:
- If you are not sure as to your membership status, please send an email to popaadmin@popa.org with the request to check your membership status.
- If you have a new address or want to confirm that POPA has your most current mailing address, please send an email to popaadmin@popa.org with your name and current address
- If you are not currently a dues-paying member but would like to become one and vote in the election, please complete the dues-deduction form and return to popamembership@popa.org by 5:00 pm on July 31, 2020. You must be a dues-paying member or have submitted a dues-deduction form by 5:00 pm on July 31, 2020 to be eligible to vote in the election.
A current and correct mailing address is very important to make sure that you receive your ballot in a timely fashion and that money is not wasted sending a ballot to an incorrect address. We do not receive current mailing addresses from the Agency. If you are just not sure what address we have, please send in your current address to be checked as discussed above.
Election information will be provided on this website in late August/early September regarding the procedure to run for officer or delegate positions.
