Joint Labor Management (JLM)
The Joint Labor Management (JLM) committee is composed of employee and management representatives working cooperatively to discuss and address concerns. POPA appoints representatives from each of the chemical, electrical, mechanical, and designs/others areas. The topics are wide-ranging, but do not include topics that are the subject of collective bargaining or grievances. This committee meets quarterly.
Bargaining unit employees can send their concerns to their JLM committee member for discussion.
The JLM is covered by Article 24 from the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
